Client Loyalty Rewards & Referrals

The ability to award client points based on purchases which can later be redeemed for services. 


The trend is moving away from loyalty punch cards towards points-based systems, so this functionality would be really fantastic!

Set business rules for; Free Items, Discounts, Point Credits triggered by purchases / Incentives to spend higher, return more often / Social referral rewards like Uber / Message notifications

    Thanks for your feedback! We think there are a lot of great ideas within this thread and you’ll be pleased to know we’re already working on some of these features.

    Whilst a points-based system for referrals is great among the other suggestions mentioned, those who have Fresha Plus available to them can already set up client loyalty rewards by setting up smart marketing. You can define the conditions and business rules when this is triggered. Set this up to easily reward a client who has spent a certain amount with you over time for either a free service, or a great discount. 

    Keep the suggestions coming - we’re always looking for new and exciting features that will help you! We’ll post an update here when the feature is live.

  • We will only buy a subscription when the patient rewards points feature is added I’m afraid. No sense in changing until it’s there. Timely doesn’t have this functionality either

  • This will be a fantastic addition to Fresha, I can't wait for it!

    Will need to track points, email client's balances, and be easily redeemable.  Stylist will need to be able to adjust and add points if we do a double reward month on referrals, etc.  and remove and adjust balance if we see fit.

  • This is a very important feature... I mean my debit terminal could as well do some type of rewards but I would really like to be able to have a points rewards program for my clients that they could redeem for services, or purchases... something that I can set how many points they earn per dollar spent and how many points needed for a discount in % or in $ etc etc (i.e. 1 point per dollar spent , 1000 points 10% off or $10 or 2000 points 20% off or $20 etc)

  • A referral program would be great, where the new client and existing client can both be incentivized. Top this up with email template to inform the referrer if he/she has earned points when his/her friend buys a package for example.

  • It would be great to have this though Fresha app it would incentivate the clients to register and install it. If we could give 1 point for each € spent, 1 point for each good review, 1 point for each refereal, 5 points for instaling the app. Then we could revert those points in € so they could discount in services. Also would be great to make the difference between more frequent clients, make silver, gold and platinium when they reach a certain value spent or a certain number of visits per month. Thanks

  • This is definitely needed. The system I use at the moment offers this and I am not ready for them to lose this service by moving over.

    Online client forms need to be included and a loyalty point scheme. If this is done I'll be over in days :)

  • Another feature that could be handy is an alert when client is near location that they have loyalty points etc available. 

    But it would be good to not have a discount only option as I don't like to discount we value add to treatments.

  • I agree with Kim's comment, we don't discount either. We carry Aveda and the client pays 10.00 to sign up for a loyalty program, depending on the amount of their purchase receive a voucher for a product. It is a pain because it needs to be done on Aveda's  website, they need to bring it up and enter, but they always want the receptionist to do this... I want to see cards that can be reloaded for anything we do..
