Send Promotions to Clients: SMS & Email Marketing

Hi! We are into the new year and I was wondering if there is an update or a time we should expect to be able to use the new email feature? Also, will there be an announcement that it is available and  on how to use it, or should I just keep my eyes peeled?

I am very looking forward to sent text and email marketing to clients for their birthday and clients that we have not seen them come in for a while. Sending out special coupons and discounts via text and email is an amazing thing! Please have this soon. Thanks

The ability to Reach customers directly using SMS and email marketing tools would be amazing and very much needed . Customise each message using special formatting tags.

Target customers based on recent activity (or inactivity), birthday custom field values, gender, loyalty points, etc. 

Any new followup on this?  We would love the opportunity to send promotions based on clients birthdays and to have a "You've Been Missed" email sent out to clients we haven't seen in awhile.

Fresha on June 265th 2018 you said we'd be able to send out SMS alerts and marketing messages from the new year, i.e. 2019. It's now 26th March, nine months later. Have you an update? We need to be able to contact our clients in real time, regarding offers, specials and birthday notices etc.,

For non domestic accounts, there is the distinct possibility that a campaign sent from the USA will trigger international sms and roaming fees for Canadians etc.

Any update on this VERY needed feature Fresha? Thanks for the great application!

And in the meantime, you can still export your client data by going to "Clients" >"Options">"Download to Excel" to have a full list of your clients' data to use with Mail Chimp or similar tools for SMS :) 

Hi when will this be available to all Fresha users?

Fresha please! Bring it to live! We need to communicate, remind our clients through sending them an SMS. They’re not always online! Most of the clients prefer to receive SMS reminders. Please unleash this capability.

We would love to have the marketing feature. Please advise on the production roll out date. 

This would definitely a great idea.. I'm new on Fresha and just learning how to work it.. Would prefer to stay with this one, instead of looking for other options ect..
