Whatsapp Integration

This is a great idea. Enabling customer notification using whats app

Can this be built into the notification service too? So that appointment notifications can be sent to WhatsApp alongside SMS and Email. SMS is pretty much a dying game these days and has limited functionality.

You should definitely enable notifications to messengers, as suggested above by Scott. Would also be great if you added support for Viber and Telegram.

Hi everyone, is there any update on this? Sadly text messages are only used for bills and promos now, so very few check it and email opening is also risky. I find a much higher response on whatsapp. It would be a great integration

It will be easier for contact with client, I have many client not interested to check the email
