Online Booking Disabled Per-Staff

Allow staff to choose if they want to be bookable online. eg newbies

  • Is there a way to do this? I am not able to take online bookings so I am having to turn off my working days to not appear available online. Is there a feature to exclude certain staff from online booking?

  • I would also like to disable online bookings for one of my staff members is there any way I can do this. She is part time and this takes away bookings from permanent staff

  • This would be helpful when onboarding new staff.  So that in house staff can make bookings in their columns but they cannot be booked online until a check box is ticked.

  • Hey Team, 

    Online Bookings availability is based on a combination of "Staff Working Hours" which displays when they are bookable and the "Services" they have been allocated too. 

    If the Staff member is new, only allocate them to a service that has been disabled from online bookings. Internally, you can still book them with services they haven't been allocated too but clients online will not be able to. 

    As for appointments going to non permanent staff, if the appointment has a cloud icon but no heart icon, then you know the client selected "no preference" when booking online. This means you can simply drag and drop it to a different staff member. Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate any ideas or suggestions you have and have shared your feedback with our development team. 

    Currently, online booking availability is based on a combination of staff working hours which determines when the staff members are bookable and the services they've been allocated. 

    If the staff member is new, only allocate them to services which don't have online bookings enabled. You'll still be able to book them internally for other (unallocated) services, but clients will not be able to book them online. 

    As for appointments going to non-permanent staff, if the appointment has a ☁️  icon but no ❤️  icon, then you know the client selected "no staff preference" when booking online. This means you can simply drag and drop the booking to a different staff member. Hope this helps!
