The client emails notifications are free and unlimited so you can add as much information as you need. The SMS's however are limited so you'll need to be more strategic with your wording :)
Would be great if it could be increased. Could we have less characters used for merging info CLIENT_FIRST_NAME This uses to many characters.
i agree, the merging info uses way too many characters
or offer a paid option for to increase characters
This needs to be updated! Happy to even pay for the extra Characters or an option to pay? It’s not enough clients do not look at emails as a reminder.
Agree, need more characters. Recognise this is free - but trying to word it with only 160 is really difficult. Please view this soon.
