Hey Folks,
Thanks for your feedback. Great news - you can now capture client ratings after an appointment has been completed.
You also have a dedicated report to view which client has left you a rating and for which appointment.
Head to the Online Booking tab from your main menu, then click on the ⭐ icon to view your ratings.
Or ability to add HTML code to email messages sent from within Fresha
Great idea! I would love the ability to build a little feedback survey! Helps focus on the customer experience.
