Great news! Partners can now create recurring block times. This feature allows you to set up a series of recurring blocked times for your team members. For more information, please check out our help centre article here.
Thank you for your continued support ❤️
Would LOVE this feature!
Absolutely love this. need to block multiple employees for training and meetings etc.
Yes, I would love this feature. I had it when using schedulicity and miss that feature now.
I'd love this feature too, please
This would save so much time, we only have 6 staff members at present and when putting in everyone's breaks, staff meetings, training, housekeeping, etc it is a huge drain on time having to put each one in individually. A repeat blocked time option with the ability to select how many weeks it repeats for would save my sanity.
Yes Yes Yes!!!
Please bring this feature in ASAP as it is tedious setting up 9 separate 15min breaks every day to space out clients to the time slots that I want them to book into
My partner and I would love to be able to block out our weekly staff meeting, on a repeating basis.
Would love to know if this is a feature that is in development now.
YES YES YEEESSS PLEEEEEASE
YES YES YES
MY SANITY IS GOING BUNKER . PLEASE ADD REAPET BLOCK TIME, I NEED TO BE OFF EVERY WEDNESDAY FROM 2:30 TILL 4PM AND I HAVE TO BLOCK EVERY SINGLE WEEK SO IF REPETED IS ENABLE I CAN JUST DO IT ONCE AS MANY WEEKS AS I NEED THANKS
This would avoid manually adding a blocked times each week for each employee. This is 52 times per year for just 1 block out space. Times that by 3 block out times in a day and 10 staff.
Repeat is absolutely essential here.
I'm just starting to enter all the scheduling for reopening after Covid, just to get the new columns up that's 4 individual blocked times per person for just our standard housekeeping and lunch break. It's souls destroying putting each one in manually. Could we just have a weekly repeat option like the staff working hours allocation?. Putting in breaks and housekeeping make me loose the will to live.
And can we add an option to have the time deducted from hours worked for those of us that pay employees hourly? It would be much easier than having to do a split shift, especially when our lunches/breaks can change.
Yes please... to the repeat block times. Would save me hours!
This is important now that we need to create more space as a Covid precaution. Please add repeating block time or multiple (more than 2) split shifts. Thanks!
Hey Folks 🙂
Repeating blocked times is a great idea and we'll add it to our to-do list ✨
For now, you can build in regular "Block time" eg Lunch under "Staff" when applying your working hours and split shifts. Otherwise, you could create a new service called Blocked Time and create recurring appointments for that service ❤️
This would be great.
It would also be great if it would be possible to also monitor time for example administration time, meeting time, cleaning time etc. so you can get insight in your billable and non billable hours.
Right now with COVID doing virtual school with kids. I am working mornings or afternoons every other week. It would be great not to have to edit each day since there's no way currently available to choose for blocked times to be every 2 weeks! VERY time consuming for me.
This is quite an inconvenience at the moment not having this feature. Not being able to put duplicated block breaks in for the week or meetings etc is very time consuming having to do each day at a time and not being able to block off future engagements.
Using the blocked time feature ensures that analytics and sales/accounting is kept accurate.
Would love this too. Spent 4 hours last week putting in all my blocked times for the year. We really need this featue.
