    Hi Folks,

    Thanks for your continued feedback! We really appreciate all your ideas and suggestions and this feature has been shared with our development team.

    This isn’t something we’re currently working on but it is on our radar. We have loads of exciting features ready to launch over the next few months and will update this thread once we have it all planned.

    In the meantime, our recommendation is to use your own printing house solution to print your logo on the back of your receipt paper so you'll have your logo on the back and the financial details on the front.

  • No, it doesn't help. We are supposed to be able to add text to our invoices, why not a logo as well? There were DOZENS of comments on this, what happened to them all?

  • absolutely need to have a logo on booking screen - when you click thru from facebook it doesn't even show a company name! That's an issue.

  • This request has been outstanding for quite a while now and as #SkiniqueAppointments has mentioned, it seems as though many of the votes and comments have strangely been deleted.

    The option of getting a print house to print logos on the back of the print paper is not a feasible option and makes no sense. I was under the impression that we all wanted to 'go green' and save the environment by promoting the eInvoicing initiative?

    Grateful if this can be escalated so that we can get someone more senior to look at this!

  • @chanay Features are prioritised and naturally, we take all user requests on board. Your previous votes and comments are still tracked. We still refer to all votes regularly and nothing has been lost. We simply upgraded our tracking system. 

    On the topic of prioritization, if you search the community you'll see there are lots of other features with higher votes which take higher priority as a result, and most of these we are already working on. 

    Once the bigger features have been released, we'll be able to provide more accurate timelines for this one. Hope this explains.

  • Does "Answered" mean it won't be considered? I'm voting for this feature, it would be nice to have. Using a printing house is not practical.

  • I see that you offer the suggestion to print on back of receipt. That is all fine and good, but our office emails and prints invoices and this option does not work. I went ahead and put in my votes for this topic. Along with adding logo to client communications.  I am excited to learn of the other  items you are working on.

  • A simple field to upload an image to be displayed on emails, invoices and online booking header, would take a developer a couple of hours at most but would give Fresha the professional touch that is missing.

    I can not believe that such an amazing product like this one, offering a complete set of pro features, is lacking the most basic option.

    And I still can not believe that after 4 years of the initial request and hundreds of votes and comments, a simple improvement as this is not even planned.

    Please, give us the option to upload a logo or at least to put the URL of an external image, if you don't want to host the images.

  • No further updates? This seems like a pretty simple feature... and it's important for businesses to promote their brand and operation.

  • We would like to add our logo to the client notifications that are sent.  In fact, it looks as though there is a spot for it to be uploaded onto the templates.  Perhaps it makes sense to include the company logos at the business name and address set up so that it appears everywhere our company names appear.
