Let's Have It ALL :)

While working on this AMAZING tool... it came through my mine this : why not manage also my expenses !!! l

like any other salon and spa, we are buying consumables like:
mineral water, soaps, towels, nail polish ... and the list goes on ..

Now. am managing all my expenses in an external sheet ... I really wish i can have them here.

no need for a complex inventory management interface ... it a matter of having a sheet as an add-on

thank you.

Sundry Expense Management. Capture full business expenses like Rent, Bills, Petty Cash / Ultimately P&L Report / Charge booth renters rent/ not payroll nor products consumption

  • I would love this too! I want to have a receipt, put down the name of suppliers and the amount spent, then forget about it until it's time to do the accounts, then I can print income and expenditure and hand it to my accountant. Simples!

  • YES PLEASE!

I was actually just looking to see if there's a way to do this because even my own subcontracted staff are considered expenses and I need  to account for that as I have to pay taxes on all income from the client even if I'm paying it directly to my subcontractor.

I was hoping to just close down my external accounting program and just have all the basics covered here.

Looking forward to seeing this here.

    Best Regards,

    Angela

  • expense tracking in Fresha is definitely necesary if you want to move on to full control  I tried to move to Fresha but that stopped me.  take a look at bewe.io which has that tool and multiple cash accounts.

  • I am working on end-of-the-year inventory.  I would love to be able to print out a spreadsheet with what stock I have on hand for tax purposes.  When I saw everyone's posts about managing all expenses, I was thrilled to see the possibility!  You have my vote!  Streamlining and making bookeeping easier for small business owners is a must!

  • I have just been looking to see whether you have this option and it would be so great to keep track of my stock that I use for the lash business. I desperately need an accurate Profit and Loss Statement at the end of each month and would like everything in one place.

  • And PLEASE, on all reports, Sales, financials,  taxes for any thing, products or services should never be totaled with sales income. We need these numbers separate for filling forms. Taxes are collected on behalf of the agency they are paid to and should NEVER be included with sales that is considered income for the business. We should not have to search thru several reports to find the correct numbers. Maybe taxes should be listed to the side on the financial summary  reports like the Tips collected are, since those also are not income for the business.

Please make this change for all, salons or individuals, Sales tax collected for payment to the Government is NOT our sales INCOME.

  • Following!! Desperate for this tool! Love the fresha app but hate that I have to deal with my expenditures separately. 100% this is needed.

  • Would Love Fresha to integrate with quickbooks! It will make life a little more easier for tax season and tracking my expenses and so on.

  • Where are you on the Quickbooks integration?

    We'd love this as well.
