Login access for clients to manage their own appointments. Ability to book, confirm, cancel, reschedule, rebook etc. / Verified credentials
There must be client login area where a client can look at their confirmed appointment or else he can cancel or reschedule their appointment by their own.

With the online bookings widgets, clients are able to create an account, add a profile picture, book, rebook, reschedule and cancel their own appointments and much more. 😀

Can we add a photo to the clients profile? If we take a photos of their manual record card etc?
Hey Theresa, we've just updated your account - when a client books online, they can now create an account and add a profile picture which will show up on your clients list :)
As for the business uploading images and documents, you can vote for this feature here.
