Calendar Syncing: Auto Synch to iCloud / Google / Outlook

I would like to access this calendar when out and about on my phone and iwatch, but the only way to look at the calendar is on the home page link, which i need to delete and update every week so it doesnt open on an old week that was saved as a URL link to my phone home screen.  I think google calendar sync would help massively, I dont want to put all my personal stuff on the Fresha calendar it would take forever! and vice versa doubling up clients appts to my own calendar. just takes so long to view the day at a glance being online and not in an app?

Also another idea, maybe give the client the option to save the appointment into their own calendar? It would be great for all the iphone users out there? will alert them too as well as our reminder emails.

Completely agree, the pushing ahead of the point of sale solution side of things to me is totally unnecessary, seems like they keep going forward with things they want to implement rather than what customers actually need/will find useful. They said syncing should be released before the end of March, really wish it was WAY sooner.

My Christmas wish is that they implement calendar sync sooner than later😊😖    

Not having the sync calendars options is the one thing still keeping me from using Fresha.  Every business scheduling systems offers this option.  It is a must for any business today.

I will be signing up with Calendly instead of Fresha for the pure reason of calendar syncing....and also Stripe payment integration too.

Wish they would do something about both these critical features...Calendly's calendar syncing system is really very clever...maybe Fresha should take a leaf out of their book and implement exactly same methodology...Please...I'm begging now!

Synchonisation with Ical would be fab as long as the invite goes to the client in the same format as a normal Ical invite making it as easy as pie for them to insert the appointment into their Ical too!

At the moment, I'm using Fresha for my convenience but also using Ical for the people that like the fact I can add the appointments into their diary seamlessly (and take them out seamlessly too!!).

I'd be very grateful not to have to use Ical as well as your fantastic product.

Would love the sync pls. I used to use another app that did, I am thinking of swapping back if this cant be done. I do love Fresha but a basic sync would be awesome PLLLLEEEAAAASSSSEEE x

We are Fresha users.

But our patience is exhausted with this. We MUST have a calendar sync, life is too short.

We have started a trial of Versum...costs a little bit but I really don't care. It has calendar sync.

I have loved Schedul but I really want the Google Cal Sync because it is so much easier and quicker to open on my phone as I can swipe though the weeks quickly with no lag. I have learned that Square is offering a single operator a free online calendar/ booking/ text & email reminders. Its not as pretty as Schedul but its quite featured, customizable and quick to enter clients. I am switching for now, once Schedul has Google sync I may return.

I had a double appointment because it does not sync with my private google agenda. and when i made a private appointment a client booked also.

I agree, my biggest struggle is not having my calendars linked and I constantly over/double book myself with work and personal because it isn’t that convenient and quick to switch back and forth and half the time you have to re log in from your phone on the browser...funny how a minute can just take up to much time, but I know for me, every second of my day counts. I vote syncing this mamma Jamma ASAP

How is this still an ongoing issue?  When will this be available?  It is clearly a high demand for this kind of software.

I've really liked using Fresha for our clinic, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to give it up because of this missing feature. Without the ability to sync calendars automatically my business is absolutely crippled. The amount of time used up due to manually copying appointments is a huge waste and very expensive. I'd rather pay $20-100 per month for an automated solution than waste hours every week working around this issue. I'd even be willing to wait a bit, but at the rate development is progressing it will likely be years before this essential feature is released.

The lack of this feature is the single thing that has been holding me back from launching Fresha within our business. We’re going to give it a go but this is an essential and necessary feature. We have a busy personal diary with childcare, school clubs and events, personal appointments and both of us providers in our business at many locations. Having to cross reference all the time is time consuming and completely open to error.

Do we have update on iCal sync ?

As a new customer who has signed up I had assumed that it would be synced with other cloud calendars and was surprised to see it still is not. It's basically doubling my workload and it is simply a messaging system for my clients. I can't consider using the other features unless calendar syncing is added. Please introduce this feature ASAP 🙂

Blood donations, school calendars, astronomical events and many more, all feed into my iCal. I usually don’t know when they’re going to, but I have to deconflict Fresha with iCal. It will never work the other way round and like others say, in the meantime it just doubles workload. iCal is where my life is. Please set up this feed as soon as possible! Stuart

I am a Fresha user from the beginning, but now i see my self leaving Fresha for the simple fact that it still doesnt sync with google calender. I rather pay and have google calender, than having a great free booking software without.

My only question is how many votes do you actually need to prioritize this request????? Aren't 163 already enough???

Could you please update us on the status and priority of this function. I have just started using Fresha and I love it!
However it has taken days to transfer our busy salon schedule to Fresha. We have 3 busy stylists booked out for 2months and each stylist has had to manually enter existing appointments from Google calendars to Sheryl at an average of 60 appointments a week! It has been tricky because it means both google and Fresha calendars have had to be maintained simultaneously during the transition.

Schedule is a great software and I believe the update will come. I would like to know where we stand with it now? A. update would be very encouraging .

I have just registered this morning after seeing such positive reviews. Having found no way to sync my google calendar to the service, I came here. I am pretty shocked to see that a) this fundamental feature is missing in the first place and b) it has not been implemented 9 months after this thread began. The team are just not listening. I will be registering with a different company for my scheduling. It is such a shame!

THIS IS AN URGENT FEATURE!!!

I am a bridal hair and makeup artist and i own a salon. I have a separate booking system through my website which automatically syncs with my google/ical calendars, to insert each wedding directly into my diary at automatically as soon as the booking is received to prevent double bookings.  the fact that i can't sync the two is getting annoyingly frustrating.
I have used my existing booking system for over 5 years without a hiccup, however i have been using Schedule for 3 months and already this is becoming a complete BALL ACHE!! I have double booked countless time, making my business and myself look unprofessional and tardy!! calling clients to move their appointments is timely and physically having to block out time in the diary as soon as a booking goes into my diary is also timely!! 
If you cannot give me a time scale for when this option is going to be rolled out, i will have to move over to another booking and scheduling application, because quite frankly this is not doing a good enough or professional enough job, even with the great features you have, the syncing issue is a BIG FAT ISSUE and overrides all the good that schedule is about!! 

The amount of individuals saying the same thing should make this a priority for schedule

Will this feature ever become available? We are all waiting for quite a while... And with the with the new application (don't get me wrong I love it) , clients can change their own appointments, but juggling 2 or 3 agenda's it becomes a full time job and a nightmare.

Any updates or work around for this issue? I am running two businesses and in one I am using another booking software which I cannot leave and therefore need to sync to google with second business. 

Google calendar sync is vital. Please bring in this feature :)

Hey guys, it has been a very long time now and you have still not synced with other calendars. Every other booking system offer this that I have explored (yes I am exploring other options - this is a deal breaker for me).  I like your software A LOT actually but come one, you say it is going to happen but I now need dates. This is getting ridiculous!  I cannot see what the big deal is, if others can do it why can't you? 

Syncing calenders to Google calendar would be a huge help.

This definitely needs to be put in place so we can sync our calendars to other apps and to either google or iPhone calendar. Would make life a while lot easier

I was loving Fresha but with the lack of calendar syncing has forced my hand to go back to other software.

If like me folks where you NEED to sync with google calendar for other software like Treatwell, I now use Appointlet and have also used 10to8 which are FREE and offer the ability to 2 way sync with google calendar.

If this feature ever did come in, I may come back but the lack of interest in such a needed function has caused doubts.
