Calendar Syncing: Auto Synch to iCloud / Google / Outlook

Would love to switch from my existing appointment software but calendar syncing is a must for our business. I look forward to seeing this issue resolved!

Any updates? I joined Fresha yesterday and already finding this is the only problem about the system. This is a HUGE problem and needs adding ASAP! I hope it’s added before we reopen or may have to reconsider going elsewhere! This idea has got so many votes on compared to all the others I think it should be priority.

Yes I agree this needs to be done. It will make the app so much more convenient and time efficient!!!

Come on Fresha Team, get a wiggle on. This requested feature has by far the most votes and comments of ALL suggested yet has still not been addressed. Like hundreds of others this is the only outstanding feature preventing me from implementing your bookings system as it’s crucial for me to be able to sync with my personal/family calendars. The only official response from yourselves was back in June 2018 with an update in 2019 which left us none the wiser. We are now well into 2020 with no further updates or even an acknowledgement as yet. Please make this a priority, or at the very least confirm you don’t have any plans to implement a sync option but at least give us the courtesy of an give update either way! Pretty sure I speak for the majority on here who have been less than impressed with your disregard in this instance.

I too have been waiting for this service.   It has been a couple years. 

I don't know why this is difficult.  Please please consider adding this service or I will be looking elsewhere.

I have been so embarrassed when a client came to my house and I was in my PJ's not expecting them!!!    A simple calendar update would have saved me.   

Currently I am adding them manually each day but I make mistakes and it is super time consuming.

I would like to move over to fresha as everything is almost perfect with your service accept for this. Unfortunately I (as i'm sure others can agree) have a very busy life and I can not afford to miss out on this feature. Its the only reason I can not move forward with you guys. You have customers from 2 years ago asking for this service and yet it has not been delivered. It really makes me think as to how quick you are as a team to solve the issues of your customers. I am extremely disappointed this feature isn't already within your system. As previously stated, at leave give us the courtesy of saying you don't intend to have the feature. The sooner this is clarified, the sooner we can get organised.

How on earth is this still discussion - I have been waiting for over 2 years for this.  It is ridiculous that the most basic saught after function is not available for people.

I've been working with multiple booking platforms for 2 years and google calendar sync provided solid integration for multiple channels, but without these features in fresha I cannot add it. 

The reason for multiple channels is to explore the more operators that are very important in the tourism industry. Move exclusive to fresha is an absolute no-no since I would end losing much more than the new benefits. 

The value point to add fresha is the integration with google my business that may be interesting fo who is listed and well ranked. But without sync, it will be only reliable for the business that uses very limited acquiring channels and that work only with exclusive attendants, since the attendants will want to sync also them calendar with other places.

Wow, I can’t believe this has been in discussion for over 2 years now and hasn’t been resolved. I too would use this service if ical integration was available. Such a shame, please sort this out. 

I agree the syncing calendars is ideal and so much more helpful than having to go between calendars

I agree with other people here. It is really important to be able to sync the calendar with other calendars in order to avoid double bookings as well as the huge time-consuming task of doing it all manually.

PLEASE make this function available as soon as possible.

It would be amazing to have a 2-way integrating with Google calendar & Frehsa - It has been a massive request over the last couple years, is this something that is going to happen?

I just signed up to use this service, it looks and feels like a really good system. But now I have seen this topic, and that it hasn't been updated in 2 years I won't be using it. I need google calenders to sync, so sorry it's a dealbreaker for me.

After all this time of waiting it is clear this is not a time or priority reason for this not being added. It seems to be clearly designed to stop people from being able to integrate with other systems.

We all need to constantly leave messages on their social media so that they get the hint. Facebook, Twitter and Google reviews. Let them know that this is something will all want. Over 2 years of being lied to and fobbed off.

I've had enough waiting so i looked around and found that Sport Injury Fix does actually sync their calendar to google calendar and apple calendar.

Also whilst looking I've found they are cheaper in most areas and they have an app coming soon as well

it is really a shame as the product that you supply is generally good but your communication is bad two notes on here and that's it not even 'sorry we cant do that'

Yet for the Covid forms you say use Google forms so that says to me that you can link to google in some ways.

Biggest issue in my opinion and it would be such an easy fix...

Syncing is critical for me - I have collegues that work under my brand and I work under others as well. Plus my regular two day jobs. If the studios I worked for could see my availability through a synced calendar, we'd all be much happier.

I'm shocked that this has been requested in 2018, has so many votes and comments, still... Fresha, calendar sync is a MUST have these days. Any updates on when this feature will be available?

Is there any update on if this is being worked on or not? I really need to have one calendar to look at! 

is there going to be an update about this? i want to know if i can sync my private calender with fresha or not. I am new here, but I miss that feature among other features.

Come on Fresha team, let's get this done. Reading your official comment, it looks like you missed the point of why this is such a requested feature. Yes you are right saying that we can transfer over our work related appointments to Fresha, but we also have lives outside of work. And so having to always check two calendars (work calendar in Fresha and personal calendar in Google) makes it very hard to know if we are available to take a client or not.

My Fresha calendar may have nothing on it so I may accept a client, only to realize that I had a personal commitment in my Google calendar. So then I am double booked. This is why a sync would be really appreciated.

We know you can't monetize that which is why you giver higher priority to features that will let you generate more booking fees but it is such a popular request that you can maybe do this anyway? For the satisfaction of your user base and for how inclined we would be to recommend your product?And for all your potential users who are waiting for that feature to jump in. Thanks.

Thanks for the update Fresha. I have now moved to a new provider that has calendar syncing as it was too important for me not to have. Thank you for providing a great free resource when I needed it.

Great news that changes are being worked on!

This is extremely inconvenient that this feature hasn't already been integrated into the system. Calendar syncing is a must!

how has this still not been done its really frustrating  having to put appointments both in fresha so i can charge and in my ical so that i can get there this should be really simple to integrate can you guys please sort it asap
