Don't show client details to staff members


Now we don't give our staff online access to his account because many staff members collecting clients information and open their own business or sell the customer base to competitors.

That's why we want give staff access to calendar but without detailed info about clients (Name, phone, email).

Maybe you can add new permission level, like show calendar and services only?

  • Hey Andriy, we already have these permission levels :) 

    Go to "Staff">"Permission Levels" and review your "basic" column where you can either add or remove the staff member's ability to view or edit client contact details :)
