More options for client messages

At the moment, Fresha has 5 options for client messages which are: Reminders, Confirmation, Reschedules, Cancellations and Thank You's. I am pitching the idea to add more options because my business takes deposits from clients. We would prefer to have the first email after booking to remind them to send the deposit, and once received, we can change the appointment to from NEW APPOINTMENT to CONFIRMED, and another (confirmation) email would send.

    You'll be happy to know that we're currently working on a deposits feature and with this, we'll look into adding additional client notifications. 💖

    In the meantime, we recommend setting up no-show and late cancellation protection as well as the option of asking clients to confirm with their card where additional notifications are sent to help you take payments at checkout through Fresha.
