Reminders to clients to rebook their appointments
Could we set up text messages to send clients reminding them it's almost time for their follow up treatment/touchup followed by a "book your next appointment now" link.

Yes! We have a marketing campaign as part of the Fresha Plus packaged called "Win clients back" and you can using it to remind clients to book to book their next appt :)
Fresha Plus is currently available in Australia, UK and UAE but we'll be rolling out to additional markets soon :)

My client suggested that he would like to be able to set & customize his own reminder (2, 3, 4 weeks/ mos... out) alerting him it's time to book his next service.
