Appointment amendments

Could our clients have the option to amend their appointment using Fresha? Clients currently have to cancel their existing appointment and then rebook which isn't ideal if they want to amend it within the cancellation fee period. They've also had instances where as soon as they've cancelled it to rebook the appointment has been taken 🙈 Thank you

  • Maybe Shedul could give the client so many days ahead of time to have a chance to change the appointment services before having to cancel, rebook etc.. Wallmart has this when shopping on their app you have so many hours to change your order before its too late.
