Could our clients have the option to amend their appointment using Fresha? Clients currently have to cancel their existing appointment and then rebook which isn't ideal if they want to amend it within the cancellation fee period. They've also had instances where as soon as they've cancelled it to rebook the appointment has been taken 🙈 Thank you

Clients can reschedule online if you have online bookings enabled (as long as it's within your cancellation policy.) 👌
If a client reschedules online, you will get a notification informing you of the change. 😊
Also, on your side, the appointment will appear as rescheduled (with the timestamps for the notifications reflecting this) and not cancelled. 😉
Maybe Fresha could give the client so many days ahead of time to have a chance to change the appointment services before having to cancel, rebook etc.. Wallmart has this when shopping on their app you have so many hours to change your order before its too late.
