View All Correspondence Sent To Each Client On Their Profile, Including Offers They Have Received

To my knowledge you can only see the notifications a client has received, regarding appointment reminders etc. However, I can not see what discount someone has claimed on, what offers they currently have live or have used previously? It would be great to view all correspondence under the clients profile.

You'll be happy to know we plan to launch a revamped version of the client profile with quick actions, full activity log and items management (appointments, memberships, vouchers, etc.)

I've added your suggestion for a correspondence log to our requested features list. 👍
