User Card Expired - No-show Protection irrelevent?
I keep hearing card capture is irrelevant if the users card has expired. Can you recognise the card on file has expired and make the user add a new card in order to confirm their appt.
I would prefer this change to a deposit system as this will prevent my bookings booking months and months in advance.

Hi Alecia PM,
When a client's card has expired, it is automatically removed from their file and the user will be asked to add a new card when making a new booking online 😊
No-Show Protection will work unless a client's bank has blocked the transaction. In this event, a client can communicate with their bank that these transactions are, in fact, valid. Just in case you'd like to take deposits as well, we are officially working on this feature 🥳 You can follow the progression here: https://support.fresha.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014816113-Deposits
