Sending Confirmations by SMS

It would be really helpful if appointment confirmation, reschedules, cancelled and no show messages could be sent by SMS as well instead of just email. Very few of my clients have their emails attached to their profiles, and hardly any are interested in using the Fresha app.

  • YES! Most of Our customers only check their emails Once a day, it their phones all the time. We need to be able to also customize the sms messages more,  especially during these confusing times.

    Text messages are notoriously unreliable and expensive so we've developed an even better solution for partners with online bookings enabled, which is more cost-effective and reliable; push notifications. 🎉

    These are similar to texts in that they're sent to the client's phone/tablet and need to be swiped in order to be dismissed from the screen, meaning there's a very good chance the client will see them, unlike text messages which are quickly becoming the new spam with telco providers blocking them for all sorts of reasons!

  • It would be very beneficial to have confirmation text messages sent as confirmation messages. A lot of my clients ask for this feature, for us to send them a text message with their appointment details and I just do not have option to.
