45 minute intervals
Please can someone make time slot intervals 45 minutes too. Or allow time slot intervals be different for different services, so say I want service A to be available every 1hour and 15 minutes (1 hour treatment plus 15 min tidy up) and service B to be available every 45 minutes (30 minute treatment plus 15 minutes tidy up) I know this is kind of possible with the 15 minute interval, but I want to stop people booking in like that, as I'm loosing 15 minutes here and there, and it can mount up to 3 x 15 minutes, which could have been a 30 minute appointment. Or another way to put it is can you just have bookable slots that clients can choose, so I want to allow 9.30 and 10.15 for 30 Minutes or 9.30 for an hour (which would cancel out the 9.30 and 10.15, and so on) does this make sense to anyone? I'm thinking of looking at a different method of bookings such as acuity if this is not possible.

very much need this. our services on some days are purely 45 minute slots, and we need them booked in back-to-back. currently the only way to offer this is with 15 minute intervals, which leaves people to book themselves in leaving 15-30 minute gaps between appointments we can't fill.
essentially they're booking a 45 minute appointment but giving themselves 60-75 minutes.
the only way to manage this is to let people book at a time i won't accept, then have to manually try and re-schedule them afterwards, which is a pain and hassle for both therapist and client.
45 minute slots are needed
Or even better- if we could specify the actual times that appointments are available on the intervals we choose, or if the booking interval could be set to any value we want, in increments of 5 minutes - be it 35 minutes, 40 minutes, 110 minutes or whatever.
Definitely!!! With this COVID issue We need 45 minute appointment time slots. We usually book 30 minutes for kids haircuts, but now need extra time for more thorough cleaning, and to reduce chances of over-crowding the salon with waiting clients. Please ASAP
Hi All 👋. Thanks for the suggestion. We can certainly look into adding a 45-minute appointment slot. Currently, you can choose between 15, 20, 30, and 60-minute slots. Ultimately, what we all want to achieve is the maximum efficiency of calendar schedules and that is our number one priority so we're exploring some new technology that we're calling "Sticky Bookings" to ensure that online bookings are made back to back ❤️
