Reviews: turning off reviews or making client names confidential

Hi There,

All the sudden my client's names are showing up in regards to reviews- which is not acceptable for me in regards to confidentiality. How can I either turn off the ability to review or go back to seeing a star rating without names attached?

Thanks for the feedback. General reviews are always enabled for online profiles but you can turn them off for individual staff members here. Having positive reviews is a huge benefit, as potential clients are much more likely to choose your business over another with fewer reviews. ✨

We've thought about removing client names, but this could lead to a lot of negative reviews as clients would appear as 'Anonymous' and may not hesitate to leave a bad review. Currently, only the client's first name and the first letter of their surname appear. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback again, and we'll keep looking at the best options around this. Right now, we try not to give much away by having the first name present and the first letter of the last name. 👍
