Customize Reminders based on Service type

I would like to customize my text reminders based on the service! I need to remind clients to prepare for their appointments, for example come with a clean face/lashes to makeup services; but for a spray tan I want to remind them to wear loose clothes and exfoliate. This saves me lots of time and ensures a good client/business relationship.

  • We definitely need to be able to customize all messages, especially texts. The No Show message if very abrupt, boarding rude. We would like to tell the nicely "Sorry we missed you, Please reschedule" instead of just "you missed your appointment" We also need reminder and confirmation texts to be able to add each salons new policies for dealing with covid, and we need it asap, please.

  • I do multiple modalities and each one has specific pre treatment protocol that I need to put into the appointment reminder.  Making the appointment reminders customizable is necessary.

    Thanks for your feedback, we'll definitely explore solutions around this topic. For now, there is a confirmation email that goes out prior to their booking so I recommend sending the procedure within the email itself by adding it to "Important Info"👍.  For example, you can add a list of all services and pre-treatment information to your confirmation email. Post-treatment care could be added to the "Thank you" email ❤️
