Online Promo Code

It would be great if there was a way for clients to put in a promo code when booking online and for us to be able to track conversions. I know we can ask for clients to put in this info in booking notes but there is no way for us to track how many conversions there are using a particular promo code.

  • I'm pretty surprised that such a good system as Fresha doesn't have this option yet. Other booking systems have this. It's a great tool to get new business and promote on social media.  Because Fresha does not yet integrate with or have an API for major website platforms (I moved from Wix to WordPress during lockdown), it's difficult to track conversions too (at least with WP my Google Analytics gives me the ability to track). So having conversion tracking would be a bonus for promo codes.  PLEASE do something now whilst we're in lockdown so that we can re-open and re-engage with impact!  Thank you!

    Thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate any ideas or suggestions you have and have shared your feedback with our development team. 

    For now, we recommend using a discount code at the checkout. You can then track which discounts/promotions have been used in the Discount Summary report under Analytics>>Reports. This report will give you a summary breakdown by Type, Service, Product and Staff.
