Business is able to confirm appointment before the appointment is mark as "Confirmed"!

I would love the software to have an option for a business to confirm the booking requirest before the appointment is confirmed. I actually like to be a little in control of my scheduling rather than letting the software control everything.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Our idea behind online bookings is to save you as much time as possible. Based on your availability, appointments are automatically confirmed and confirmation messages will send automatically. Otherwise, clients are just "applying" for an appointment and it'd be faster for them to call you or email.

    Clients can download the Fresha App to manage their bookings. They'll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there's no need to reconfirm.

  • I would also absolutely love this feature. Some clients take longer than others for the same treatment so we could then go on and maybe alter the length of time required?

    You can adjust the duration of the appointment once confirmed. The duration is based on the service durations you set within your services list. If you have more than one staff member, you can set a different duration for the same service per staff member.
