if you go on the app there is a way to contact them , I have asked a couple of questions and they normally respond within a day or so

We do, and from what I can see, the last email you sent had a reply. We've had a lot of new partners signing up as many of our competitors charge monthly subscriptions, so we've been trying to help everyone during this situation with covid19. Here are just some of the steps and measures we're taking to help everyone out.
Adams Barber Chair, We're always happy to listen to feedback, and I'm sure you've seen a lot of changes since joining us in early 2019. Some of the features you've requested yourself like credit card integration have been released. Marketing features which were a big request have also been released. As a company we thank you very much for all the great ideas and we'll continue to listen and build them :)
