Deselect services for staff on certain days

Allow certain treatments to be blocked for a staff member on specific days. For example on Tuesday Laura and Monika are working. Laura is a beauty therapist and nail technician but Monika only does nails. So on this day I want all nails to be booked with Monika as we only have 1 nail Station and I want Laura kept available for all other bookings on the day.
