More options for booking times

Suggestions for the fresha team: Please can we have the option to give clients the option to book bookings at 10 min intervals instead 15 min when booking online. At the moment 15 is set as max availability whe we could honestly use shorter times to be more productive. For example. I can have a treatment that runs for 30 min at 10am and have 10 min turnover time but my clients currently can only book the next slot for 10:45... If they can boo kfor 10:40 that's an extra treatment or two booked in during my day per staff member.

  • Now that we (in skincare anyway) really need to allow time between clients for a complete wipeover of everything due to COVID, (and to ensure no cross over of clients, social distancing) we really need 10 min timeslots. I allow 15 minutes for in and out time (retail) now I need to allow another 15 for cleaning when probably 20 minutes all up would be ample time. Over the day those extra 10 minutes  could easily be an extra treatment.

  • @Joanne and @Jane,

Thanks for the feedback. We can totally see how this would be helpful. 😊

The team is exploring some new technology that we're calling "Sticky Bookings" to ensure that online bookings are made back-to-back, as our number one priority is calendar efficiency. Hope you don't mind the wait! ❤️

  • The sticky bookings feature would be awesome!!! I currently have a lot of wasted time in my schedule because clients aren't booked back to back and I have unnecessary gaps that are too short to be useable.

  • We would like to offer different booking slots for different services or staff for some services I would like do drop down to 5mins intervals but others keep to 30min slots - while pricing can be set more flexible, the calendar is fixed at just the one configuration.
