Should be able to change card on file manually

I think its great we can keep cards on file and use those cards to check the client out or charge clients for no shows/late cancelation fees but I think we should be able to manually be able to change their card on file for them or have a button to send that says "update card on file" or something similar to that incase they already confirmed but want to update their card if they got a new one or one expired or something.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    For security reasons, only clients can change their card on file, as this is sensitive data and needs to be handled by the client personally. 

    The best thing to do is communicate with the client how they can easily update their card details: Login into Fresha>>click on the person icon>>Payment Methods>>Edit Card. 🙂

  • agree.  client cards are always getting canceled due to all these business with cc breaches.  I would love to have the ability to manually change the cc on file.  You can even set is up that the client gets a notification of the update if security is an issue.
