Direct Service Links

As a partner, I'd love to have the option to send clients to a specific service.

    Thanks to everyone who voted for this idea - this feature is now live! Get started by generating links to services, staff, or even staff with a specific service directly.

    Additionally, you can generate a QR code that you can send in an email, or add to staff business cards to easily have clients scan and book in with that staff.

    Thanks for your feedback! We really appreciate any ideas or suggestions you have and have shared your feedback with our development team. This isn’t something we’re currently working on, but we have loads of exciting features ready to launch over the next few months.

    In the meantime, we suggest using the drag and drop function to move particular services to the top of your service menu so that they're easily spotted by clients. 

    Partners can still cast their vote if they would like this feature built in the future.

  • We have customers coming to us from Groupon, Wowcher and Virgin Experience Days and I'd like to be able to send those customers a direct link to book their specific deal, without publishing all those deals live for every customer to see. Acuity Scheduling features an option to set a service as private, so it cannot be viewed on the main booking page, but a direct link to book that specific service can be sent. This would solve so many problems for us, but I prefer the look and user-friendliness of Fresha and do not want to have to switch to a different provider. It would be fantastic if this would be considered.

  • The sooner the better, it would be a huge help to our customers, when they read about a specific signature service in our blog or site and have the possibility of direct booking.

  • This is essential to me. My bussines has over 100 services and when clients message me with booking related questions, i want to be able to simply direct them to the service they are askng about. Because i can't do that, i am losing business as they get confused navigating the area.
