Nevertheless, I believe your service would have been way more flexible and attract more business partners if you'd allow developers to connect/sync your system with our online shops and booking forms.

The beauty industry is slowly catching up with the enterprise world and big retail on CX and NPS metrics tracking to increase their competitiveness and they need two way SMS surveys and all that jazz. But if there is no way to sync your system with the industry-standard tools in this space, connect to WordPress and other shops inventories then your software loses its attractiveness.
