No Support for clients
We are clients of Fresha for almost a year. Recently we had accounts related issue but nobody has been able to assist. We have been sending emails to any email address we know of Fresha team but this matter is not being sorted. I guess, due to COVID situation you guys have fired lot of people in Dubai office, but it doesn't mean that you don't take care of the current clients.
Please give me a number of someone Responsible in the business.
