Client Categories
A system I have used before allowed you to assign clients to customised categories, such as 'Member' or 'Key worker' which would automatically apply a % or £ discount - depending on how you set it up. This would be a useful addition

Thanks for the suggestion - we haven't had this before. We'll keep tracking votes for it. :)
For now, I suggest creating a preset discount type for 'Member' and 'Key Worker' and you can add a note to the client's profile indicating which category they fall into. That way you'll know to give them a discount.
