Ability to choice how to notify clients via text or email
Can we choice to only text clients when we confirm/remind appointments and not email. As current settings, it would do both text and email the client for the same purpose. Email then soon will be recognized as spam. So when we send out promotions, clients will never read it.

Thanks for your suggestion. By default, clients receive notifications via email and SMS text message as SMS is notoriously unreliable.
That said, you have the option to change this setting for each individual client by editing their preference on your account. :)
Once the client register with Fresha, that option no longer available to edit.

Yes, that's correct. Anyone with a Fresha account will have their own notification settings depending on their preference. :)
