Credit Card verification/confirmation with Google booking
So even with Fresha Plus, customers who book directly on google won't be asked to verify with their credit card. How will this protect us with no-show? even though you can request them to confirm their appointment, but they can just ignore the text/email. Should appointment booking with Google should have this feature turned on?

Collecting card details directly through Google is completely separate from Fresha so the card cannot be reused with the Fresha account. This is why we recommend using the Confirm by Card feature for clients to safely add their add card details, which can later be used to checkout their appointment.
That said, we'll keep tracking votes for it and will explore solutions around this. :)
