gift cards instead of vouchers
i would love to see gift cards available, i still dont use the link for vouchers as platforms only allow 1 link & i would prefer my online booking link to book services. Many others are using the plastic gift cards that you can personalize with your logo & refill if they like for a later date. Ive got the gift cards in own section on online booking & process the card on file & send the email to the buyer. honestly the new voucher thing was really confusing & so far have found its not very useful. But im glad the $ value option is back when i do a gift certificate. I dont use the service voucher bc it locks the client in for that service only when they may in fact want a massage and pay the difference. With the vouchers i need to use a paper gift certificate from vistaprint, it would just be nice to have it all together.

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear you haven't found our new voucher feature useful. It was designed to help you save as much time as possible. You can easily create a few voucher types here and have them stored on your account, allowing you to sell them super quick. 🤩
For now, we'll keep tracking votes for reloadable gift cards. 👍
