No-Show Fee's

We have too many No-shows and too many people not adding card details in that we cant force to . I'm sure many of you are experiencing the same thing ! I would love to have an option for a serial no-shower to have a fee added to their next appointment. Whether that be a drop down automatic fee or manual process , we just need a prompt so we can action the fee. Thanks !

  • Thanks for the suggestion, Tania. No-shows are a real problem in the industry! Luckily, we've developed solutions to help with this. If you have the No-Show Protection enabled, anyone booking online will be required to add their card details - so by encouraging your clients to book online, you're protecting your business and your time. 🙌

    Another solution is to block the client from booking online. The next time they try to book, they'll be advised to call you instead, where you can explain about your No-Show Policy and any outstanding fees they owe. 😊

    Can I ask what's being done for clients booking using a credit card with no credit on it? as when we try and charge no-show fees it says insuffience funds and we lose out? thanks
