Manually added client - online access to account

Can clients whom we create an account for login to fresha online to manage their bookings? do they get an email with their login info similar to when we set up new staff members?

    Clients that are added to your account will not automatically have a Fresha account created - they'll need to head to our website or app and create an account themselves. 😉

    Once they create an account and they've made their first online booking with you, they'll be able to see all of their sales and appointment history with you going forward. 🙌

    The user ideas section is a great place to leave an idea or feature request and have the community vote. ✅   Appreciate that we aren't always replying within the community as we're primarily working closely with each partner via email.
