Birth date taken from consultation form automatically

We have birthday offer in the smart marketing section which is great.  I am however missing clients  birthdays because of the following:

I  would like to have the added feature of the ''birthday' automatically extracted from my custom made consultation form.  This would save time on our part and we would not forget any client, It is extra admin to go in manually and save the data.
