Automated reminder for outstanding payments
I have recently stumbled upon a problem in my business with outstanding payments.
Because we work so closely with our clients and have personal relationships with them, when we discuss oustanding amounts of any sort it can easily be misinterpreted on the clients side and we stand a chance to ruin the relationship that we have with them.
Is there any chance that Fresha could look into an automated reminder that will be sent to clients on a weekly basis of who's services are marked as "unpaid"? I wouldnt want to block them from booking future services, but I do need assistance in handling this delicate matter.
