Client Rebooking %

Report addition or dashboard enhancement to show a rebooking % per stylist/therapist. 

Whilst we track client retention, we would also like to measure our employees performance regarding the number of guests that they are rebooking at the point of invoice.

  • Absolutely! Yes yes yes please. This is super important and a key measure of a stylist's effectiveness. Most of the other salon POS systems do not have this report or if they do it does not measure true prebook. Which is a measurement of all guests that come in today the number of them that have a future appointment beyond today.

  • YES! This report is so needed as it tracks how the employee is building their columns as well as out business. It is important for us to be able to track this information!!

  • Yes! need to know what percentage of your customers have booked a future appointment in the Calendar. We give prizes at our staff meeting based on this and would love to have it automatically calculated

    Thanks for voting and commenting. We'll be building a specific report for clients who rebook from past appointments. For now, you can export the Sales log report and pivot it by customer and invoice date to see when clients had an appointment. It's not a report from a previous booking, but you will at least see how often clients do come in 👍
