Disable Online booking for new clients specifically
I'm an independent stylist and am booked up. I would like to keep online booking, A) because down the line i may be able to open my books to new clients again B) so my current clients can cancel, rebook or adjust their services online. My issue is that i don't want any new clients being able to book online. Is there anyway to send an auto reply to new clients stating i am not currently taking new clients when they try to book?

Thanks for sharing your feedback and we can take note of this request. In the meantime, please add a disclaimer saying you are only accepting bookings from existing clients in the “Important Info” box of your online profile settings that clients will see when they book online.
love this idea
Yes! As the business owner I am wanting to close my books to new clients so they book with my staff instead.. but still allow my current clients to book with me online
I love this idea!
Agreed!
Even if we could group our clients that we "Allow" to see our schedules?
Or when new clients tries to book, make it so somehow they have to tick a box if they are returning or a new clients?
Christmas time is really busy and I won't be able to take on new clients that time of year, but would like my books to be open to my current clients.
I’m in exactly the same position, I run my own salon and I’m fully booked, I need my current clients to be able to keep booking online but don’t want any new clients booking online at this stage and they keep booking in, taking slots of my regular ladies. Please can we have this feature activated ASAP to make our life easier please. I’m at the stage where I’m going to have to turn off online bookings, but I really don’t want too!
I really need this in the lead up to Christmas, not wanting to take on new clients in December, at least not online bookings.
Would love to allow current clients to see schedule but new clients, please phone to book
I love love love my Fresha online bookings, but need this bad!
Agreed! I’m at max capacity as a business owner and the only staff member, I simply can’t fit any more clients in but don’t want my regular clients to miss out on appointments because new/irregular clients are booking in.
We need this too. Right now the only work around is to hide the online booking link and privately share it with existing clients.
I'd prefer if only existing clients get added to the calendar (whitelisted by email address or phone number?) but all new people get added to a waiting list instead.
I was just away to see if there was such a feature. I want my clients to still book in and would be handy for them to have the freedom of my diary online to save me time booking people in, however I don't want the availability for everyone as I'm now pretty much fully booked. As fresha have clients numbers and email address maybe could work off them logging in if already a current client and others unable to get to our diary??
I am also in this position. I would love to allow existing clients to book online, but disallow new clients - maybe a notification that all new clients must call to schedule their first appointments directly through the salon number? This would be a very helpful feature!
I would love this facility, I'm having the same problem.
Great Idea! Also being able to disable online bookings by category not just individual services could be very helpful when you don't want all add-ons listed.
YES, I could really use this now with the COVID19 issue. I am the only barber taking clients in my area. I work from my loft and only take one client at a time as my normal business practice, so I can contain the space and the disinfection. I now have to text anyone new, that i am so sorry, cant take new clients. I am in DTLA and getting all the out of towers.
BUMMER!
An option to not allow new clients to book online, but call the salon instead. At least have an option for some stylists to opt-out of taking new clients when they are no longer accepting them instead of having to call the clients and change their appointments And/or maybe new clients need to make a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment when booking online, that can be applied to their invoice, or forfeited if they no-show.
it would be amazing to have this option for Christmas time x
