Client Files
Hi team,
Would it be possible to add a section to clients' files to include attachments? For example, health practitioners require written consent to treatment, so it would be great to upload this to the client's file. Further, if a client presents with blood test results or radiology reports it would be handy to upload this information to their file and have everything in one place.

Make them update their file once a year.
Consumer consent form - for an appointment can be send by email or fill in person with an iPad.

Please I need URGENTLY the option to upload file in the Profile of the client (example consent form signed by the client)
I think having this feature would make Fresha that much valuable. I was looking though all my consent forms and was hoping the attachment could also be in my client's file and notes on Fresha. It would be a huge help and easy access. I'm praying for this features! Thank you Fresha! You guys are doing an amazing job!
