Option to click client number to send SMS

WE REALLY NEED AN OPTION, THAT WHEN HOVERING OVER THE CLIENT, YOU CAN JUST CLICK THE PHONE NUMBER TO SEND A PERSONAL SMS TEXT! INSTEAD OF HAVING TO GO TO CLIENT, EDIT DETAILS…ETC…EVEN THEN, YOU HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE AND ITS SOO ANNOYING. THANK YOU!

  • agreed, at the moment it lets to 'call' the client but no easy way to sms. i would rather send an sms.

  • This would be an invaluable option especially in the case of an employee absence or closure due to bad weather. The important thing is to get to the client as quickly as possible to avoid a wasted journey on their part. Being able to communicate directly to the relevant clients by the above mentioned feature would be of great benefit. What are the possibilities of a fix such as this please?

  • I really need this function. Most of the times when referring a new client, I credit my current clients  which I would like to send them a message, keep the message in their profile, and keep the message in their profile. Developers if you could some how find a way for us to send a text through Fresha, it would make my business more efficient and I would pledge my loyalty to Fresha. Thank you in advance!

  • Still hoping for this option. I can click a number almost anywhere on the web or in any app and "send sms" is an option. The option to send an sms via your default SMS app from a client card or appointment is a very basic and necessary feature. Keeping my fingers crossed so I can use all of what Schedul has to offer!

  • I have just switched from another booking system and I took this for granted previously. It seems like such an obvious (and probably simple) fix. Please, please introduce this. Also, and this has been especially highlighted during the Coronavirus lockdown, it would be great if I could also click an email address and send a personalised email to clients. This would also be great to get hold of someone if you find you have an invalid mobile number.

  • Yes! Being able to send a text message to a client directly, especially when time is of the essence (sickness, emergencies, etc.) would be so great.
