Can we have a feature whereby the system automatically adds a loyalty discount?
For example I run a scheme where my clients have a £5 discount on their 6th appointment - most of my clients forget their loyalty cards and it makes it difficult and time consuming to go through previous appointments to see when they last had a discount. Thank you!

It would be great to have this feature to enable an automated discount or free service/upgrade but also to add a report to extract the customers who have earned their discount in their next visit so that I can send emails to remind them to return.
I have been waiting for this for over a year and it is a very important part of client retention as competitors offer it... please work on this system

Any updates on this? We've seen a third party create a chrome extension to use with Fresha for loyalty points and referrals so you know there's a need for this.
loyalty program would be an amazing addition . i would definitely pay for that
I love this idea! I hope that the rollout allows you to customize exactly how you want to operate your loyalty system. My idea has always been a point program that can be redeemed at certain balance accruals for free retail items, upgrades/add-ons to services, or even free services. Ex: At 500 points receive a free $25 styling product of choice. Super excited for this to roll out!
A fidelity scheme would be great on Fresha . on points basis or discount allocated on certain clients.

What's the update??? All your competitor have a loyalty program in place this is the most basic feature.

There are a lot of ideas around how to build loyalty programs for clients.
We have built smart campaigns that reward loyal clients as well as membership plans to help reward clients who will come in for a number of sessions.
We still have plans to bring out more loyalty features!
