Confirm Now Button / Confirm Booking with Card details

When client receives an email reminder for upcoming appt. In the reminder email along with the "Manage Appointment" Button also place a "Confirm Appointment" Button for clients and business, so there's a possible record of consent to terms and conditions of any cancellation policies and fees businesses may have.

    We've got some excellent news!!! Really soon you will be able to secure offline bookings with no-show protection. If you book an appointment on behalf of the client, they will receive a message to reconfirm their booking with their card. Likewise, all online bookings have no-show protection built-in with Fresha Plus.

  • That is the main reason I haven’t switch over. I rely on clients confirming their appointments by email or text. I would switch in a heartbeat if it had it

  • I agree, I am looking at making the switch but rely heavily on my clients responding to confirmation sms with a yes. This is the only feature stopping me.

  • This!! I often have clients tell me that they responded to the automated sms reminder text and we don’t get those responses so I’m left waiting on them and they think they’ve cancelled!

  • I’m thinking of switching back to vagaro just because this isn’t an option. I’ve had people respond to the confirmation text and I don’t receive it and waste my time driving to work or waiting for someone when they think they’ve cancelled. Also, it becomes an issue with my cancellation policy when I have no clue when they tried to cancel or reschedule.

  • I really love to see this and many say i replied but it says not delivered. Can we view responses. Kitomba had it where they confirmed a tick would appear and i had it so it changed Colour as well. I am using Fresha as well so if i am paying for this i really would love this added feature.

  • Yes Please! this would a great, helpful feature too have. Would also like to see a way for the clients to know at a glance what business or stylist is sending them the text, and for it to always show as the same number or Name so that when they are looking back to double check when their appointment is. And if they can send texts back to us would be a bonus.

  • oh wow so i am not the only one who needs this option.

    i am at the tipping point of changing ships because of the lack of confirmation from clients. Especially after the update last night, I am not unable to customise my reminder texts. Prior to today, my reminder texts have been customised so that clients have to confirm yes/no to my mobile number. After the update, there is no option to customise it. I would also like to disable to "reschedule" emails but am unable to disable it separately.

    Don/t think this update on 22/01/20 was good at all

  • Please give an option on the confirmation texts and emails for clients to actually confirm their appointments. I know square does this and im hoping your an implement it soon.
