Is there a way customer who sign up online booking gets a email or phone number verification. The salons been getting customer making fake accounts lately and not showing up. When we call them it’s a different person

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. It is now possible to set up no show protection that requires clients to secure their appointments by adding their card details. 

    Alternatively you can also collect upfront payments from clients to keep your business covered from fake bookings or you can block them booking online❤️
