I agree, it would make the switch to paperless possible and have everything in the one place. Something that the client could sign would be excellent!

An online waiver that clients could sign on an iPad or similar device would be a massive help. It would save on a significant amount of paper and the headache of storing it all securely.

just add a button after "checkout" so we can put some notes for the treatment.
