Can we add on a deposit button to take a deposit for clients bookings to avoid no shows?

  • What about 'on account' giving the option to pay off a deposit say 50% of the overall service charge or if someone wanted to pay off is smaller amounts due to the service being over £500 etc...

  • Credit card integration does not fill the deposit need... I do not want to force a client to use a card, I refuse to force myself to pay a percentage on a simple operation like a deposit. Currently I use a workaround where the deposit is an item. It sucks. My business takes a deposit on every appointment and tracking this is a nightmare here. We need cash based deposits as well.

  • I believe that it would be much more beneficial when making a ticket that is have a deposit button that will store that info with that client. Then when going to check out to be able to minus that deposit from the price. This way when doing each daily record it will show how much deposits came in that day as well as other sales too.

  • This is such an important service to have for all business to take a 50% deposit by cash or card. this does reduce no shows but is so hard to keep track on this software.

  • We definitely need a deposit option for treatments maybe over a 90 minute or 2 hr time slot or around busy periods.....this would b a great feature. Its the only thing missing at the moment!

  • do you know when this feature will become available? Clients put in fake or unusable credit card. we cannot collect no-show fee. this feature will be useless if we cannot charge. we are loosing our time and money.

  • Yes please, clients don't turn-up for appointments or they forget. Best way to get a holding deposit when booking online!

  • Deposit button would be awesome! Would also be great to choose which services require a deposit. We get No-Shows on our high end services quite often and it's very annoying. We would love this feature.

  • yes please add this option under where you guys allow us to block clients from booking, this would be awesome, if we could single out which clients would require a deposit because they no showed before, that we now require them to put a deposit down for them to be able to book with us again!!! SUPER NEEDED!!!!!

  • Also would like to see a deposit booking fee option that could be applied to appointment check-out, or non-refundable if a no-show. And the option for this to apply to new clients only since for us 80% of our no-shows are new clients that booked online.

  • When is this going to be ready? It's been nearly a year since you guys said you're working on it. I need to be able to take deposits on certain services and may have to try a different booking system as it is something i need asap.

  • Hi, just wondering when the deposit taking feature will be ready as I am having alot of late cancellations and no show appointments that use alternate cards to secure appointments that have insufficient funds so I am still losing out in these appointments. A deposit feature is really needed asap. Thankyou

  • Ive had my second no show this week, clients are taking funds out of their account, this feature is officially flawed and clients are catching on, If we dont get a deposit function I will have to move over to another booking system
