I need a deposit option, I would consider leaving as the the majority of value of my services are £100 plus so I cannot afford no shows.
I would love this feature.

My client wants the deposit option, it the only thing lacking, bar the add on feature, being an upsell thing.. Would rather just tick boxes and add ons
Why is this taking so long to execute, we need all the support we can get to reduce no shows and to confirm deposits electronically.
Any idea when "deposit" button will add on? Dont want any more no shows. Want all my new clients to pay deposite when they book online thanks

Is there an update on this please? I am currently having to call each client to take their booking fee /deposit after they have booked an appointment! So much admin for one person 🙈
Hi! It would be great if there was an option to take deposits. There's people who unfortunately try to beat the system and put a card that cannot be charged after they do not show. I see this has been request for quite some time

Yes 10 votes!!! I just emailed the FRESHA team regarding the NEED for a deposit requirement feature before a client can be able to click to confirm their appointment! With this deposit feature, it helps with no-shows or appointment cancellation. I see FRESHA users have been crying out about this for years!! I wonder if FRESHA is listening to our cries??
Yes the no show protection is great, but I book Semi-Permanent Makeup appointments which are around 3 hours, I like to take deposits too and it's so complicated to do it through another system, so I'm very much looking foward to this feature becoming available!
I have so many cancellations it's really hard. I can't wait until this feature comes in. I'm assuming we use it instead of the cancellation fee if they cancel late or don't show up?
