Reminders for rescheduled appointments
Currently if a client has their appointment rescheduled they are sent notification of this, however they do not seem to get their reminders (text or email) for the rescheduled booking. Can this be arranged?

My clients with email will receive the notification if, when prompted, I do not remove the mark in the checkbox asking if I want to send the notification
Thanks for your help Barbara. I understand what you're saying. My clients do get the notification of rescheduling but they don't get an appointment reminder email or text 24 hours before the appointment. This only seems to happen on appointments that have been rescheduled
As I try to solve another question on rescheduling (cannot scroll up the diary to choose another time) I found this thread. Is this still the case?
With new and cancelled appointments, emails are sent to clients. Rescheduled appointments do not sent email.
No emails are sent to staff for any function.

You can manage all of your client notifications under "Client Messages">"Settings" 😊 Notifications will be sent depending on the time of the booking, whether the client has sufficient contact information, and whether the client has set up their own preferences for notifications.
